welcome!

My husband and I love food. David is a natural in the kitchen; I, however, am not! But we both enjoy cooking with Wildtree. He loves to experiment and try new ways of using the products...I love that I can make a healthy meal fast, and it's SIMPLE!

That's why we've joined the ranks of bloggers. We want to bring our customers recipes and ideas for the Wildtree products you have in your kitchen. Some are super simple, some are a little more daring!

We hope you enjoy them!

And, if you found the blog, but haven't found the products, visit my website to learn more and to schedule a tasting in your home!

the smell of spice in the air!

david and i love fall. love love love. we were married in the fall (10 years ago!) and our favorite holidays are in the fall.  halloween (we were a family of star wars characters this year), and of course THANKSGIVING! i am thankful for thanksgiving. for turkey, stuffing, and pie. mmmm, pie.
so, how will we make this a wildtree thanksgiving? well, there are the no-brainers, like PUMPKIN QUICK BREAD and SPICED CARROT CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING. But consider these:
  • Carol's Cranberry Horseradish blend: mix with cream cheese and spread on those "day after" turkey sandwiches
  • Beer Bread: make those turkey sandwiches on Beer Bread....you choose whole wheat or flaxseed!
  • Hearty Turkey and Barley Stew: another great way to use the leftover turkey...great for when you want to spend Friday shopping! just pop everything in the slow cooker, shop till you drop, then come home to a great meal!
  • Cranberry Spice Blend: mix with apples to fill an apple pie or apple crisp.
  • Blasted Bloody Mary Blend: ummm, i can't be the only one in the country that thinks Thanksgiving is a great day for a bloody mary, can i???
  • Cranberry Jalepeno Jelly:  warm brie in the oven and serve with this savory jelly on crackers as a great grazing food!
  • the business kit: that's right, i said it!!! want to make extra cash and not put holiday gifts on the credit card? just say no to plastic, start your wildtree business today, and make $100-$200 per party! and there's no need to buy inventory!
